What are your office hours?

Our office is opened all your round.  During the tax season (February 1 to April 15), we have extended hours, including

Saturdays and Sundays.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

We work by appointment only.  We schedule a private, confidential interview to go over your tax situation.  Appointments may be scheduled for late evenings or week-ends.

How much do you charge?

While the cost of our service depends on how complicated your tax return is and how much time goes into preparing it, you will find our prices extremely competitive.  We offer a free, no-obligation consultation, during which we will review our pricing with you.  The bottom line is that  you will always know our price up-front.

Do you provide electronic filing?

All tax returns in our office are filed electronically. There is no charge for electronic filing

I own a small business, what additional services do you provide?

We are a full-service accounting firm.  We provide monthly or quarterly bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and consulting services to our small business clients.  We assist you in all areas of your tax and business planning.

Do you provide assistance if my tax return is audited?

We stand 100% behind our service.  If your return is audited, we advise you to call us first.  We represent you throughout the entire process, until the matter is resolved.

Do you offer Payroll Services?

Yes. We offer complete payroll services but only to our small business clients. It is offered as part of our bookkeeping and tax planning services.

I had my tax return prepared elsewhere, do you offer a review of prior year tax returns?

Double checking is always an excellent idea. When we prepare your current year tax return, we offer a free review of the two prior year’s tax returns.  You may be entitled to a bigger refund than you actually received. If that is the case, we will amend the tax return to make sure you get the refund you deserve.

Do you provide tax audit protection?

Yes.  The fee you pay us to prepare your taxes includes full audit representation.

Why is my tax refund delayed?

Most tax refunds are issued within three weeks. In some cases, the IRS or the state may require additional information to process your tax returns. If your refund is delayed beyond three weeks, please call us.  We will follow up with the tax authorities to help you resolve the problem.
